Virtual Personal Training
Mike’s most popular service! Train live from the comfort and safety of your own home with Mike over secure video call. Mike’s professional studio has high definition video, quality sound, and a full compliment of commercial fitness gear so you can see, hear, and train like you were in the gym!
Available in 30 and 60 minute blocks to fit your schedule and budget! Plans start as low as $50 a session!
Online Program Design
Just need the basics? Includes a custom-made workout program each month that fits YOUR skills, YOUR goals, YOUR gear, and YOUR body – no canned programs here! You also get one hour live with each workout to learn the right way to do each exercise and form instruction. Online design is Mike’s most affordable and flexible option! Programs from $149/month.
Online Small Group Workouts
Workouts with friends get you the best results, improves your accountability, and makes exercise more fun. Groups are typically 4-6 people training together by WebEx from their own homes, live with HD video and professional sound. Groups are split up by skill and focus, so you’re always a part of the team and making some new friends as you get fitter together! Options start at $99/month.
Fitness Consultations
Sometimes you just need some direction, help with a specific lift, or a sanity check. Using more than 25 years of experience and some of the best bona fides in fitness, Mike can get you closer to your goals safely and effectively. From kettlebell technique to coordinating with your doctor after an injury, Mike’s on YOUR team and brings expertise to your fitness most trainers simply can’t touch. Consults start at $99/hr.
